Terms and Conditions

When you use Kendeja Collective’s Payment Plan (the “Service”), these terms (“Terms”) apply and constitute a legally binding agreement between Kendeja Collective LLC (“Kendeja Collective”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) and you as a user of the Service (“you” and “your”), stating that you will pay the total amount due for your item(s)on the corresponding date of the payment schedule.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service and print a copy for your records and future reference. Do not use the Service if you do not want to be bound by these Terms.

Description of the Service

The Service enables you to purchase eligible item(s) over $500 made available by Kendeja Collective through tiered monthly payment plans subject to the following conditions:

• Artworks at or above $500 allow payments to be made over two (2) months
• Artworks at or above $1,000 allow payments to be made over three (3) months
• Artworks at or above $5,000 allow payments to be made over five (5) months

Ownership of any artwork purchased via the Service shall not transfer until payment is made in full.  

Fees + Late Fees

Each payment plan incurs a monthly fee of $20. Each payment and all fees are non-refundable.

If any payments are declined, you agree to provide an alternative, valid payment method. Late payments made one (1) business day after the due date will incur a $50 late fee. In the event that a payment is not received within three (3) business days of its due date, all prior payments shall be forfeited, the item(s) will be released from you, and ownership of the item shall be retained by Kendeja Collective. 

Shipping, Handling, and Insurance

Shipping, handling, and insurance costs are not eligible for payment plans and are determined separately.

All artworks will be prepared for shipment upon Kendeja Collective receiving the total amount due for the item(s), as well as associated shipping, handling, and insurance costs.

Your Obligations

When using the Service, you agree to pay the total amount due for your item(s), to be paid on each date of the payment schedule. You acknowledge that the payment method(s) you are using to make this purchase will be active, valid, and have sufficient funds available during the entire term of the payment schedule.
